At Volando Alto, we are experts in safe flights, which is why, just like your safety, it is vital to take care of the equipment, without overloading it, damaging it, or exposing it to conditions that do not guarantee the safety of the pilot and passengers.

We have balloons with capacity for 6, 8, 12, and 18 people. The balloon assigned will depend on the logistics and reservations for the day.

Children ages 4 and up may ride with a signed parental consent form. In addition to enjoying a unique experience, it is 100% safe, as the basket is high enough to provide full protection.

If you purchase the option with transportation, you will be picked up at approximately 4:30 am, and if you wish to arrive at our balloon port on your own, the appointment will be at 5:40 am. At our private facilities, you can enjoy coffee and leave your nerves behind while we focus on what's most important: your safety, with an inspection of each balloon for a safe flight.

The tour duration depends on the package chosen, ranging from 2 hours (hot air balloon ride only) to 6 hours with our all-inclusive tour. We dedicate the necessary time to each activity so you can enjoy it in detail. We also limit the group size for each tour to ensure a personalized experience.
